The Stronger Together™ Fall 5-Week Challenge gives you a clear workout plan, exercise demonstrations, progress tracking, coaching, and a supportive community to help you build strength and consistency before the busiest season of the year.
One payment. No recurring charge. Begin at your own level.

Coached by Stacey and Kathy, with yoga and mobility support from Kelly.
Summer schedules change. The holidays are approaching. And it is easy to keep putting your own health at the bottom of the list.
This five-week challenge gives you a realistic plan to rebuild strength, improve your energy, and create momentum before the end-of-year rush begins.
If you have started and stopped more programs than you can count, it is almost never because you do not care or are not trying. It is because exercising on your own, without the right pieces in place, is genuinely hard to keep going.
Most women in midlife have tried a gym membership they stopped using, random online workouts, a fitness app with no real human support, an overly intense challenge, or simply starting over every Monday — alone.
What has usually been missing is not willpower. It is:
You do not have to figure this out alone anymore.
Stronger Together™ is not an extreme bootcamp or a five-week attempt to reinvent your body. It is a coached, structured way to build strength, improve movement, and create momentum with women working toward similar goals.
Train for the next 30 years, not the next 30 days.
Three strength-focused sessions, one yoga and mobility session, a recovery day, and an optional 60-minute live Saturday workout.
Your goal is not to exercise perfectly every day. Your goal is to complete four manageable workouts each week and build a routine you can continue. The Saturday workout is a bonus — not a mandatory fifth workout.
Learn the foundational movements, establish your starting point, and understand how the challenge works.
Build confidence using resistance and begin progressing reps, time, or weight at your own level.
Add balance, core control, stability, and more integrated movement.
Stay active during busy weeks, low-energy days, travel, and everyday interruptions.
Repeat foundational movements, recognize your progress, and create a realistic plan for what comes next.
Each workout is written out clearly and supported by short exercise demonstration videos, modifications, and coaching cues. The Saturday workout is the primary full-length live coaching experience.
Follow a clear weekly plan instead of searching for random workouts or trying to build a routine on your own.
Develop practical strength that supports everyday movement, confidence, independence, and long-term health.
Improve mobility, balance, stability, and core control with options for your current fitness level.
Use a realistic four-workout rhythm, progress tracking, and coaching to build consistency that lasts.
Check in with the Core V3 community, celebrate progress, ask questions, and receive encouragement from coaches and participants.
Finish something. Show yourself you can build a routine that fits your real life.
Track your workouts, energy, confidence, consistency, and weekly wins. Progress is about more than a number on a scale — your scorecard helps you see the strength, energy, and consistency you are building each week.
Sometimes the hardest part of working out is simply following through. The Stronger Together Check-In gives you a place to say, "I did it," celebrate your progress, and receive encouragement from people working toward the same goal.
Join Stacey and Kathy for an optional 60-minute live Core V3 workout every Saturday at 8:00 a.m. MT / 10:00 a.m. ET.
Each session includes live coaching, real-time modifications, community connection, and a longer full-body workout experience. Replays will be posted within 24 hours and remain accessible through November 15, 2026. Saturday participation is optional — you can complete the challenge successfully with the four core weekly workouts.
Stacey and Kathy lead your strength workouts each week. Kelly rounds out the team with the yoga, mobility, flexibility, breathing, and recovery work that helps you feel better between sessions.

Kelly leads the yoga, mobility, flexibility, breathing, and recovery work so you feel better between strength sessions and move with more ease in everyday life. Her sessions complement your weekly strength work — not replace it.
Stacey Vachon and Kathy Gendelman remain your primary challenge coaches.
